Refund and Returns Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, we offer a 30-Day Return & Refund Policy from the date of delivery.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: The request must be made within 30 calendar days of delivery.

  • Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

  • Inspection: All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival at our warehouse.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products damaged due to improper use (drops, water damage, etc.).

  • Products repaired by third parties.

  • Free promotional items.

  • Products returned after the 30-day window without a valid warranty claim.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: For returns due to “change of mind” or incorrect order placement, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-reimbursable unless a prepaid label was provided.

  • solobitaxe Responsibility: We cover the return shipping cost if the return is caused by:

    • Manufacturing defects or quality issues.

    • Shipping errors (wrong item sent).

    • Damaged or missing items.

  • Lost Packages: solobitaxe is not responsible for packages lost after the tracking status shows “Delivered” to the correct address.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipping: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 1 business day.

  • After Shipping: Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled. You must receive the item and then initiate a return following our standard return process.

5. Special Cases & Defects

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please follow these specific guidelines:

  • Dead On Arrival (DOA):

    • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

    • Provide a clear video or photo proof of the defect.

    • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

  • Damaged Packaging/Missing Items:

    • If the outer packaging is broken or items are missing, contact us immediately with photos.

    • If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, please refuse the package or file a claim with the courier immediately.

6. How to Return

  1. Contact Support: Email us at service@solobitaxe.com with your Order Number and reason for return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  2. Ship It Back: Send the product to the address provided by our support team. Please keep the shipping receipt.

  3. Inspection: We will inspect the returned item upon arrival.

7. Refund Processing

  • Approval: We will notify you via email once your return is received and approved.

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days of approval.

  • Refund Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method. The refund will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 15 days of approval. The exact time will depend on your bank.
