All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
2. Payment Authorization
When you place an order, you authorize solobitaxe to charge the total amount displayed at checkout to your selected payment method. This total includes:
- The price of the product(s)
- Any applicable taxes
- Shipping fees (if any — note that we offer free standard shipping on all orders)
Your payment method will only be charged after your order has been verified and accepted. If we are unable to verify or authorize your payment, we reserve the right to cancel the order for security reasons.
3. Pricing and Taxes
Currency: All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars) unless otherwise stated.
Taxes: Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address. The final price you see before completing your purchase includes all applicable taxes — no surprises.
Price Changes: Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. However, the price charged for your order will be the price in effect at the time you place your order, as shown on the checkout page.
4. Billing Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information for all purchases made on our website. This includes your name, billing address, credit card number, expiration date, and CVV.
If your billing information changes (e.g., new credit card or expiration date), please update your account information promptly to avoid issues with future orders.

7. Order Cancellations and Refunds
Before Shipping: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 1 business day of placing it. Please contact us immediately at service@solobitaxe.com.
After Shipping: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for instructions on how to return items.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 1–3 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
8. Currency and International Orders
Currently, we only process transactions in USD. We do not accept other currencies at this time.
If you are placing an order from outside the United States, please note that your bank may charge additional foreign transaction fees. solobitaxe is not responsible for any such fees.
